He has been a dj, producer and musician since 1994.His first dance tunes (DayDream - Thinkin' About You (1994), DayDream - Through The Night (1995)) have been very successful in all Europe. Taking their name from material that’s bulletproof the heavy-hitting Tempered DJs (Pete Stanley and Mike Knapper) are exactly that! Their sonic fusion is as fired up as Eddie Halliwell and as tooled up as Mark Knight. A super-talented, technically tight twosome, whose signature sound knows no bounds, they blast out beats with a bass-shuddering twist. Uber-DJs, such as Carl Cox, Erick Morillo and Paul van Dyk, as well as the aforementioned Eddie and Mark, all pledge support for their productions, and they repeatedly storm the charts of Beatport, Trackitdown and DJdownload. Tom Hades started to discover and experiment with electronic music when listening to DAF, Kraftwerk, Front 242, ... At the age of 15, he bought his first keyboard, the famous Casio CZ-101 and transformed his game-computer, Amiga 500, into his first DAW. Quickly he got experienced with MIDI-integration and sampling functions, which gave him even more urge for buying/selling new material as addition to his current setup. During the same period, his old schoolfriend, RedHead, was co-producing with Marco Bailey. He got in contact with Marco too which led them in 2000 to their first corelease. And this was the start of a big period of releases, included the anthem of "I Love Techno" in 2001. Have a look at the discography for the complete overview ... In the same year as I Love Techno, Tom started to do live performances. He got more & more experienced and started to play all over the world. His live performance was fully appreciated in countries like Spain, Colombia, Brazil, France, Poland, Sweden, Mexico, Japan, Austria, Italy, Norway, Ireland, ... and on many known festivals like Nature One, I Love Techno, City Parade, ... In the first period of 2002, Tom also produced his first solo release. In the next years he continued to produce tracks on his own as well as his co-production with Marco on respected labels like MB Elektronics, Drumcode, Bedrock, Tronic, Excentric Musik, 1605, Pornographic Recordings, Rhythm Convert(ed), Lupp, ... In 2004, they decided it was time to take the next step, start a label. And so Rhythm Convert was born. Initially, the purpose of the label was to give an opportunity to new talents to release their stuff. After a long break of releasing Tom restarted the label again in 2010. Many big artists already signed to the label so loads & loads to come in the future !! Guys like Virgil Enzinger, Submerge, Alan Fitzpatrick, The Advent & Industrialyzer, Brian Sanhaji as well as Axel Karakasis, Spiros Kaloumenos, Veztax, ... did a very good job to show the people what is was all about. End 2004, Marco & Tom released their full album, Rude Boy, caused a stirr all over the world. The best proof was their live performance during Nature One @ Pydna were they literally "blew the place to kingdom come" ! In the year 2009 E=mc2 was released as a second album on MB Elektronics. Recognized worldwidely by the big players in the scene the album surely proofed the quality of the release. His current releases on labels like MB Elektronics, Rhythm Convert(ed), Bedrock and Drumcode are oriented in the same way his musical taste changes: intelligenter way of drum programming with flavors of techno, minimal and tekhouse. Nowadays, Tom can be booked as a dj or a live-set performance. You can expect dj-sets with dedication and filled with energy, as known from his live-sets, to give his fans the pleasure of clubbing ! Regularly clocking up high profile gig’s throughout the UK, including regular slot’s at the DJ Mag’s World No.1 club SANKEYS, and it’s sister club SPEKTRUM, gig's at GOODGREEF 53 Degrees Preston , GOODGREEF Sankeys Mcr, HOUSEJUNKI & SCREWBALL Mcr, THE VENUE Dumfries, UBER Carlisle, TRUTH Preston, VERTU Birmingham, AVICI WHITE Mcr, LABEL Mcr, AREA 51 Mcr, PLUSH Mcr, FULL MOON PROMOTIONS Boat parties Mcr, LE CLUB Long Eaton, also playing UK Festival’s including REVIVAL SUMMER SOUNDSYSTEM Blackburn, RAVENTSTONEDALE Cumbria, MOZFEST Lancs, with many other gig’s beside’s. Gig’s from all over the world have been flowing nicely, Gemma is taking the International Circuit by storm! Seeing in the year 2010, headlining in Pune, India. With bookings for Bahrain, Egypt and Lebanon, and headlining the world’s biggest brand MINISTRY OF SOUND’s world tour’s, including Hurghada Egypt, tour’s of India, Dubai, Montpelier, Mauritius and France. Gemma made her Irish debut at one of Europe’s biggest festival’s in 2010. OXEGEN FESTIVAL, an event that attract’s over 90,000 reveller’s daily, being interviewed for IMTV - with her co-produced track "Sub-Sonic" opening up the festival! December 2011, saw Gemma make her long awaited German debut, something that Gemma had always wanted to do being a Techno dj - it's safe to say she definitely put her stamp on thing's and Germany lapped her up. More German gig's are to follow in 2012 including Gemma debuting at Ruhr In Love Open Air Festival! 2012 is already shaping up well, with VESTAX Europe asking Gemma to test drive their new Top Of The Range Software Controller - VCI 400! Gemma also has booking's lined up throughout Europe, starting with Zurich SWITZERLAND in Feb, and Zagreb CROATIA, Playing alongside Gemma's DJ idol JAMES ZABIELA on Easter Sunday for UBER CARLISLE, A new Residency starting in INDIA seeing Gemma out there every month, Fresh India Tour including also headlining again with one of her Idol's !
